For SLD permissions, this video leaves many hanging for what they are actually looking for.
 - Given that most people, who need the actual access, don't typically have any clue about the order details.
 - Where is the process for that order needs to be very clear as to who that first administrator is (I've seen it fail spectacularly, stuck with the distributor).

We need the matching process details, linked here, for that administrator to add the users who will actually be using this access.

Yes, the distributor provides an email on the Micro Focus order and that person is the first administrator who has full access to all the products. That happened to me so I opened a case and was told there was no way change it once the first administrator had been associated with an order.

What a mess. 

A total mess, and we need those instructions to get to all those points in the distribution chains.   At least got the right people added in our case after lots of raising a ruckus to get that fixed.  We need to get ahead of this, rather than behind.
