How to Add Additional Contacts or Followers for a case?

If additional contacts or followers are needed for a case, the Stakeholder feature is available.

All Stakeholders will:

  • Receive email notifications of updates to the case
  • Can update the case by replying to the case notification emails

Stakeholders can be added:

  • Manually, as detailed in KM000010984
  • Automatically, by adding a new email address to an existing case email reply to support. This new email address will then be automatically added to the Stakeholder list
