Do email notifications work?

Is it just me, or is anyone else having issues with receiving email notifications? It doesn't seem to work for me, even though I'm subscribed to two discussion forums (Fortify Product Announcements and Fortify User Discussions). My email address is correct, and notifications are enabled.

yes, they should be working. Are you receiving the notifications within the Community?

I've been receiving them but will ask  to look into this.

Thanks Raquel. It seems to be working now. I had to recreate my account. Also, my username "find-fix-fortify" does not seem to correspond with the username that was emailed to me (which is a concatenation of the words in my email address with the underscore character and some random numbers). Any chance I can change it to my actual username?

Hi Reza.  I see this account has an OpenText email address and you also have an account with a Micro Focus email address which was created on 7/20/23.  Have you been able to receive emails for this (OT) account?  Did the issue start happening when you created this (OT) account or when did you stop receiving emails for this account?

Hi Chris. I had another account (MF email) that stopped receiving product announcements a few years ago, so I gave up on that account and created a new one today using my OT email. My username "find-fix-fortify" seems to have carried over, and I'm receiving email notifications to this thread. However, I can't login with "find-fix-fortify". I have to use my email address. When I click the link "forgot username", I get an email that shows my username as a concatenation of the words in my email with the underscore character and some random numbers. Are able to change it to "find-fix-fortify" by any chance? Thanks!
