when NA should be migrated to another system with a new database (e.q. because customers wants change the database technologie), many objects in NA are needed to be created in the new NA instance. For change plans, users, diagnostics and policys are export/import functionalities available. This is a good first step, but there are still a lot of objects and settings that need to be createtd and this has to be done manually.

1. Problem: Its has to be done manually what contains a risk of typing errors or others misttakes

2. Problem: Change Plans and Policys are having dependicies to Device Groups and an import cannot be done until the device groups are created

So this request is to develope more features to take over configuration items and objects from an old NA instance to a new one.

Especially the Device groups are really hard to take over. When customer have severy hundered dynamic groups with complex conditions or static groups, it leads in a endless hard configuration marathon. So this is why a export/import functionality for device groups are thie most important one, (I know the import features using the "Import Task", but this only creats a group structure without definitions, and there is no export function... so this is not the solution)

And Device Password Rules are the next important export/import feature.... followed by als the others settings that has to be done, to take over the configuration from ans old NA instance to new one...
