(OO) Support Tip: Time varies to run OO DB Maintenance CP

It is noticed that sometimes it takes long time to run the stored procedure in the CP, while it takes much less time sometimes.

It is because that it takes longer time to run the procedure when the index fragmentation percentage is high. Furthermore, it is not recommended to run the procedure often. It is not a daily basis type operation.
