An exported OO run log file in CSV format is encoded in UTF-8 without BOM(Byte Order Mark) and there are some applications like MS Excel that display garbled multibyte characters.

Situation

For troubleshooting and other purposes, the run log of a flow execution can be exported as a text or CSV format file, but when the CSV format run log is opened in MS Excel, multi-byte characters such as Japanese characters are displayed garbled.
