(OO) Support Tip: OO installer temp folder location

Before version 24.1, OO installers use the OS default temporary folder \user\appdata\local\temp (Windows) or /tmp (Linux) to unpack and execute the necessary files for OO installation.

Starting with OO 24.1, it's possible to change the temporary folder location for OO installers.
