In NOM24.2 installation, use cdfcert command generated key file was encrypted, but dbinit.sh command need decrypted key file should be specified.

Situation

 

In the NOM24.2 installation, use cdfcert command generated key file was encrypted because of specify password is mandatory parameter in cdfcert command, but in dbinit.sh command it needs decrypted key file should be specified, otherwise it will cause error and failed
