(CSA) Support Tip: Pause on failure filter on CSA interface not working in Ops Console

During cancelation of a subscription, the lifecycle action fails. At this stage, the life cycle record is at an error state. Subscription is at Paused on failure, canceling state. The filter which should show all the paused on failure subscriptions does not work if there are any failures in the lifecycle records. Ideally it shows all paused on failure during canceling state.

Please open a support ticket asking for HOTFIX28115.
