Zenworks Patch Management to deploy hardware drivers

When Windows 10 workstations are built they download the latest hardware drivers from Microsoft.
WSUS will also do this for updated hardware drivers but if we disable WSUS to use ZPM instead, we lose this functionality.

Therefore ZPM needs to have the same capability.
