Launch Schedule macOS (Sonoma)

Hi

ZCM 23.4 , trying to start app on login

The bundle installs, and can be started over "double click /Launch" in ZEN-Window. It is done with "open -a application.app"

But I would like it to start on login, without user needs to add it manually to "Login Items" . I have done that by device assignment  and Launch Schedule / on Login. But it don't work

Any ideas?
