    - Don't Touch your certs based on my questions....

Is the DNS Name of your Server or on your Cert something such as .LAN, .INTRA, or similar where it would not be possible internet resolveable.COM, .ORG, etc?

What is the Extension on the DNS name of your server....I don't need the actual Domain Name or Server Name.

Does your Cert have values under "Subject Alternative Names"?

    Did you try restarting services?

The DNS extension of  the customer's server is .cz.

A server certificate contains "Subject Alternative Names".

    I restarted services microfocus-zenloader.service and novell-zenworks-updater-service.service.

An SR would be recommended if possible.  If you have one open already post it here.  I don't have any other good ideas at the moment.

The Case Number 02918099 is opened.

I restarted ZEUS service, if you mean novell-zenworks-updater-service.service.

I will follow up with you and your engineer on the case directly.....

All to often folks read 10 year olds posts that only loosely relate to them and start hacking.
