Unable to create site certificate

Hi, I've been banging my head trying to figure this one out. I am using an older version of ZAV (8.04) which we are in the process of upgrading. Each time I attempt to create a site certificate for creating a streaming app it throws an error "An error occurred while requesting the certificate. Please contact Novell Support". I have attempted this on several different workstations and the IIS server with the same results. And it doesn't help that the documentation does not give any guidance with this. Any thoughts or solutions would be greatly appreciated on my part.

    My best guess is that there is some piece of the requested data that is being entered incorrectly, probably something relatively easy to mess up. I know it took me a couple of tries to finally get it right the first time I created a certificate. I'm not going to be able to assist much for a few days, but could you post what you are putting in to create the certificate?
