Enlarging font size in the GW InBox

According to the MicroFocus website,

If that is the case, I SHOULD be able to increase the default font size of the text in the inbox (folders, incoming messages etc.). If so, how do I do this? 

The only options I seem to be able to adjust in the GW 18.4.1 desktop client are the fonts in any email I send.

    Lee - You can only set Font and point size when using Plain Text.  For HTML it will just do the default.  To change the settings go to Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Views.  From there you can set the Compose view Font and point size.  Then just across from that you can set the Read view Font and point size.  Then check the Force view box.  Every message you open after this will pick up that setting.  You can also set it in the Admin console per Post Office by going to the settings of the post office.  Click on Client Options and then again Environment -> Views.  The one thing that is missing from the admin console is the font and point size.  Getting the setting changed there will need to be an enhancement request posted in the ideas community.  As for the list of messages in the mailbox, that has been set in the past by the Windows font / size setting but with my quick testing this morning that is no longer working.  To find out more about that, you will need to open a case.  - Pam

    Is there a way to adjust the default? Since most of the world uses HTML email these days, I'd like to be able to see emails as the sender intended, just in a size that I can read. 

    FWIW, the in-box text size increased the last time I updated my Windows font size. It appears to be hit or miss.

    Lee - I am not aware of a way to change the HTML default.  That would need to be an enhancement posted in the Ideas community. - Pam

    I am not sure if it is it that easy to influence layout of received html mails. Senders decide what you get and see. I.e. I take received advertising mails. Font, point size, embedded pictures will be set by the company which wants to sell products ...
