However if I select a user and check Statistics, I see the right last used client version.

Is the gwcheck audit report on the POA's still running as this will get the info to the domain DB's or do you mean it only shows "Windows Client"

In the upcoming GroupWise 24.2 release there should be some updates to this. The "Last Client Type" will be updated to just display the client type (like "Windows") without a version. Three new client-related attributes should also be available to display in the User lists, which are "Last Client Version", "Last Client Build Number" and "Last Client Build Date". These new attributes are populated using the Audit Report in Mailbox/Library Maintenace just as "Last Client Type" has been set in the past.
