MaxDB version 7.9.08.23

Situation

Getting error message when running MaxDB database backup job. The error message shows in session report:

[Critical] From: OB2BAR_SAPDBBAR@maxdbserver "SDB"  Time: 11/03/23 21:46:35
    Error: MaxDB responded with: -24920,ERR_BACKUPOP: backup operation was unsuccessful
The database request was canceled and ended with error 0. The backup tool ended with 0 as sum of exit codes.

Resolution

This is a MaxDB side issue. Ask MaxDB team to change setting from their side. 
Example:

1. Environment variable DBM_KTO_SUCCESS should be set to value 600 (10 minutes) or 900 (15 minutes).
2. CacheMemorySize parameter from 427520 to 655306
