SSL certificate update fails for the Digital Lab Wetest Connector on CentOS 7.9 due to OpenSSL compatibility issues.

Situation

Updating the Digital Lab Wetest Connector SSL certificate results in the following error message:
"Error outputting keys and certificates 40470863C67F0000:error:0308010C envelope routines:inner_evp_generic_fetch:unsupported/evp/evp_fetch.c:355 default library context, Algorithm (RC2-40-CBC : 0), Properties () Exception occurs: Cannot generate cert/key files chain."

Cause

The error occurs because the SSL certificate provided by the certificate issuer uses an OpenSSL 1.x encryption method, while CentOS 7.9 is running OpenSSL 3.x, leading to the incompatibility during the certificate update.
