Add the ability to CPC to add a file by Drag and Drop from outside.
The usecase is: I have an attachement in outlook and want to add it to StarTeam.
This would be just D&D. But today I do:
- CPC: Go to the place to store the file
- Right click -> Open containing folder
- Switch to Outlook
- D&D attachment to Explorer Windows (opened by Open containing Folder)
- Switch to CPC
- Add file
