Problem:

Why, after I add a number of new List Of Values does the "Add New" link disappear from view and can no longer be clicked?

Resolution:

ANSWER
----------------------------------
The "Add New" link is hidden behind a message dialog that appears at the bottom of the screen confirming each new List of Value that has been added. All you need to do is close the dialog by choosing the X and you can continue to add new values.
