"No Execution Server running or the server host is not accessible. Please contact Microfocus Support"
Resolution:
This issue affects SilkCentral Test Manager 2011 and does not occur when the Execution Server runs in Process mode. The cause of the issue has been traced to a defect in the Windows Execution Server Installer available from the 'Help > Tools' view. To resolve this problem you will need to download and install SCTM1100_Hotfix_09; which you can be found attached to this article. Please see the Readme.txt file for the installation instructions.
Once the executable has been replaced; uninstall the affected Execution Server; and reinstall using the new version of the Installer now available in the 'Help > Tools' dialog of SilkCentral 2011.
