Why do I get the error message "Unable to access issue tracking system using submitted settings: Plugin not found or not accessible" when attempting to integrate SilkCentral Test Manager with JIRA?

Resolution:

If you are receiving the error message shown below when you attempt to integrate SilkCentral Test Manager with JIRA using the plug-in:




Firstly ensure that you have followed the instructions correctly in solution How do I setup the integration of JIRA with SilkCentral Test Manager? to setup the Integration with SilkCentral Test Manager.


Next you must ensure that "Accept remote API calls" is enabled in the JIRA Global Settings under the General Configuration tab as shown below:




Once these settings are setup correctly the integration with SilkCentral Test Manager should work as expected.
