Deployment Tasks make Integration Entity wider to see entire name (or wrap text)

Sometimes we need to be able to easily tell what version was selected to help developers determine why the deployment failed. on all deployment tasks screen the Integration Entity should fully show the data contained without scrolling. the Default size is not nearly big enough.
