Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) 23.4 

Situation

There is a need to configure a help-content for a particular request type field and mention a MAIL-ID in it. Upon clicking the mail-id in the help content, a draft mail should open with the mentioned id under “To”.

Open help content for request and add the below:

<a href=mailto:mailrecipient@example.com>mail</a>

Than open the request, open help, click on the mailto link but it does not work.
