When opening a timesheet user gets an error - "A database exception has occurred. This is an internal error. Please consult your PPM Administrator."

Environment

Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) - 23.4

Situation

When opening a timesheet user gets an error - "A database exception has occurred. This is an internal error. Please consult your PPM Administrator."

Cause

It is a known defect with some old timesheets that have deleted work items (ex. tasks) - OCTCR17R1204671
