Loadrunner controler close after starting a scenario

Hello,

i am trying to start a scenario , but after starting it , controller closes . i have also an Error dispayed on scenari status ( Registration failed : could not register this client---check the --resultpath argument)

Hi, had the same problem wirh LoadRunner 2023, and I had to repair the installation to solve this (launch setup and choose repair).

I am Also experiencing this issue, I even tried to create a brand new scenario but still suffer from this error. Any other suggestions?

Tried repairing the installation and it did not fix this very same issue for me.
Never had an issue until LR 2023; have had many never seen before issues.

Hello Speed
There can sometimes be a lot of probable causes for this error message.
First I would suggest you find and restart "LoadRunner Dashboard Service" and if this does not help I would suggest you log a support ticket and one of the team will pick this up and work towards a resolution

Thanks David! I dug a little more and found this. THIS was my solution for these two LR 2023 R1 related issues.

stop data service

backup <Installation folder>\orchidtmp\influxdata folder and rename it.

start data service
