AppDynamics Invalid Credential

I was trying to integrate AppDynamics to LoadRunner Cloud Monitor. When I gave my AppDynamics credential to LoadRunner Cloud Monitor section for configuring AppDynamics ; it was throwing "Invalid Credentials" error. Whether I need to configure anything in my AddDynamics acc to get it working for LRC?

    I have the same problem. We have client which could greatly benefit from this integration. Also list of metrics OOTB supported from Appdynamics to LR is limited to hardware only, which is missed opportunity.
