Request to allow removal of Component/Applications/Versions etc. by Admin

Customers expect to be able to remove Components, Applications, Versions, etc. in DA. The removal of objects in DA should only be granted to users with special privilege (like Admin++) in order to make sure that the data integrity for Audit is maintained.
