Manual tasks - limit by component role rather than specific user or group

When adding a manual task to a component process you may restrict it to a number of users or groups. I would like to add the ability to restrict it to a role. Therefore the process does not need to be changed should the appropriate users or groups change since the security is managed at the component level and not process.
