Summary
When we try retrieve host key while configuring the host in credential vault it fails.

Products
Privileged Account Manager (PAM, Privileged User Manager)

Environment
NetIQ Privileged Account Manager 3.6,3.7
NetIQ Privileged Account Manager 4.x

Situation
Cannot retrieve host key for Linux host while configuring it in credential vault.

Resolution
1) Log into PAM admin console

2) Go to Hosts Console -> Hosts-> Select the manager host->Click packages on top right corner ->Please check if sshrelay package is installed:
