Enhance Access Request 'Browse' screen with categories/search/favorites

As an administrator I want to be able to customize the Access Request catalog. It should be possible to add categories/favorites/sort options to both the 'Applications' as well as the 'Technical Roles' tab. These tabs can be very overwhelming if you have a lot of configured applications/technical roles. Furthermore a user should be able to search the catalog for permissions/technical roles.
