Hi,

in my situation, Fortify scan is performed by DevOps (on premise) server and result (.frp) is uploaded directly on SSC Server (on premise). I have scan performed on MASTER branch and another one on DEVELOP branch (in order to fix error before to merge code on MASTER) so hopefully, same code but on different folder.

The problem is this: if I perform a scan on DEVELOP branch to APPLICATION_1 -> WebSite_Dev and through Audit in SSC I tagged one issue as "Not an issue", when I will merge the source code from DEVELOP to MASTER and I will perform a new scan on MASTER to APPLICATION_1 -> WeSite_Master tagged disappear forcing me to audit again all files.

Is there any way to keep all tagged through different scan performed on different folders (or maybe I am using it in a wrong way and I should upload all scan on the same application -> site)?
