How to fix Arabic or Russian language in ArcSight ESM and logger

ISSUE:

SmartConnector installed as a service will send Arabic and Russian words, in an nonreadable format, and even if you follow ArcSight document on encoding the issue will persist 

HOW TO STEPS:

the solution is very easy

Add the below line

wrapper.java.additional.12=-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

 

In current\config\agent\agent.wrapper.conf
