Password Reset via REST

Allow to trigger and complete a password reset via a REST call.
This allows mobile devices to handle password resets directly, resulting in a better user experience. With further integration to allow apps to handle the SMS for a password reset, it could be handled automatically by the app and the user only has to request the password reset and set the new password.
