NSL Agent ... Loading your Single Sign-On Credentials. Please wait...

After turning on Windows Client with AD connected, the NSL display 'Loading your Single Sign-On Credentials. Please wait...'. The message show about an hour without nothing happen. 

Please advise in what condition to make the NSL Agent work properly?

Is there any MS AD related issues that we need to check to make NSL agent work properly?

What are the NSL pre-requites to make it function properly?

Please advise.
