SAML integration, option to fill username field automatically during logon

Status: New Idea

 Using AA for Office365 without ADFS, a user must enter username on Office.com and then again on AA screen. It would be more user friendly if the username is taken from first form and inserted and submitted  into second one.

MF already  created bug 173133 for this.
