Currently NAM, IDM, etc. customers are entitled also to the limited edition of NAA. Customers however usually have a small number of users that need to use some of the more advanced methods for authentication. So far it became clear (case 02932286) that you cannot have a limited license key and a full license key together (as soon as you put the limited key - all other keys disappear from the admin console).
So for a customer that has 950 employees (e.g. TOTP works fine for them) and 50 management (e.g. they need Smartphone method or U2F or FIDO) - you need to buy 1000 full licenses... This doesn't make selling NAA much easy, not to mention that we need to battle with the free open-source similar solutions...
Please enable to co-existence of limited licenses and full licenses for a single customer.
