I would like to suggest that when a portal is disabled via the Cluster tab, under restrictions, that the portal does not actually show up. Currently the portal is accessible but the user receives an error saying the event is disabled after attempting to login. This is confusing even to administrators let alone end users trying to use the self-service (enrollment) portal at /account.
Instead it would be better if the portal didn't allow logins at all but displayed a message (customizable would be great!) telling them that the portal is not enabled.
