An Inactive support entitlement is an entitlement with a future start date. The support agreement has been renewed but the Start Date of the support entitlement is in the future.

The My Entitlements page in the Support Portal lists Active and Inactive support entitlements. What does it mean when the entitlement Status is Inactive?
