Situation

Would like to be notified when a user is ask access to entitlements in the Support portal. How can this be done.
 

Resolution

To enable Entitlements notification email for Delegated Admins in the Support portal:

  1. Click on your name - top right hand corner of the page.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Under Notification for Delegated Administrators - check the box.
