Situation

I cannot find our Retain Server product, how do I obtain a license for Retain Server per Unified Account?
 

Cause


The Retain Server per Unified Account has been consolidated in to the entitlement Retain Server with Module for GroupWise per Unified Account
 

Resolution

Activate the Retain Server with Module for GroupWise per Unified Account entitlement

If it has already been activated:

  • To view the license (.pem file), click on the Product Name

Access document on support portal
