This makes it very difficult to review/edit user access rights.
Also, on the "Entitlements" page, licenses are listed individually, each with a quantity of 1. This makes it very difficult to find a specific license or to review/edit user access rights.
If you would like us to make this change for you, you can open a "non technical" support case, send an email to supportline@microfocus.com, chat with us, or contact us by telephone to request this change.
As a workaround for now, you can view which users have access to the orders by creating a User Access Report in the SLD Folder, following these steps:
- Select "User Access Report"
- Ensure the correct account is shown
- Click "Submit"
Once the report has been generated, click "Export All".
The report will be in .csv format, to convert into .xlsx, please "Save As" and select Excel Workbook (*.xlsx).

Cause
Licenses were migrated from the older Micro Focus system to the new SLD system as individual licenses rather than one license for many users. In other words, the migrated licenses appear as folders of 1 license each, instead of 1 folder of x licenses/users.Resolution
It is not possible to merge the contents of the folders into one folder with all the license. However, once the licenses are expired, Micro Focus can create a parent folder (e.g. named "Expired Support") and move those folders into it for more clarity and easier navigation on the SLD website. If you would like us to make this change for you, you can open a "non technical" support case, send an email to supportline@microfocus.com, chat with us, or contact us by telephone to request this change.
