We encourage you to provide feedback on any Knowledge Articles you feel could be improved.

How?

  1. If you logon to the portal, your feedback will be captured along with your contact details in case any clarification is needed.
  2. Scroll to the feedback section at the bottom of the Knowledge Article as shown below.
  3. Select "Yes" and provide your comments.

What Happens Next?

  1. The author of the article will be notified of your feedback.
  2. They will review the article, make any needed updates and submit for approval.

Note: Legacy knowledge articles do not have this feature - if you wish to provide feedback please raise a support case.
