Situation

How do I export my cases to a spreadsheet for reporting purposes?

Resolution

Login to support portal

  1. Click on Cases
  2. Click View All Cases
  3. On the right side of the page, click the List Views drop down list and select the one that you want to export
  4. Click on the download icon to the right of List Views
