Career journey:
I started with a Novell Certification (3.12) and was an IT generalist. I started supporting IDM and AM for a large federal agency, and have moved into the consulting world and I now focus on Identity Governance.

Importance of the OpenText Community: 
The Community is a source of infinite ideas! Sometimes its questions about how to implement, sometimes its ideas about limitations, or new features, but mostly its a community of people with a shared interest - getting the software to work for them.

Hobbies: 
I play guitar and computer games. I've been known to brew my own beer.

Closing thoughts: 
The forums are like a bank account - the more you put into them and the more you contribute, the more you will be able to withdraw and take advantage of later.
