Email notifications for new posts?

I've subscribed to a number of forums (Zenworks, OES, eDir) but I'm not getting email notifications for new posts. Replies to my own posts generate email though, so I know that part is working. Is there some secret to getting email notifications for new posts?

Here is a screencap of my notification settings in case that helps.

    Sorry, I don't have a specific answer for you.

    Have you tried to unsubscribe then subscribe again to the forum?

    Good suggestion.  Tried it, but the problem remains.  My next action is to create a new account, but since the forums are migrating on the 21st, I'll wait until we're on the new platform.
