Patch Management down??

Hi all,

is anyone aware of a general problem?

I just wanted to download another patch and found everything is failing right now.

Any DNS problems?

Even from outside I can't reach anything like

novell.cdn.heatsoftware.com is the current URL. We may need to update the docs. If allowing that does not help, let me know your ZCM version.

While I cannot ping novell.cdn.lumension, I'm not having any functionality issues. I've updated my subscription as well as cached the content for a set of patches....One MS Patch, one VMware patch, and one for Inkscape (whatever that is...)

I will see if we need to update our docs about URLs.

Thx Craig,

hopefully it's just a timeout or regional problem ... it worked fine at midnight, however I get nervous quickly because those things use to happen just before something important is expected ;)
