OpenText Client for OES 25.1 install fails

We are on Zenworks 23.4

Windows 10 and 11 devices

I built a bundle for the new OpenText Client for OES 25.1 using the same exact method we used for 24.1 which worked fine.

We are seeing this error on a small percentage of our devices when the client bundle tries to install:

Failed to process action: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\cache\zmd\ZenCache\170cf6ee-2f70-422d-a559-d37871382c0a' is denied.

The last file in this path is always named differently on each install attempt and on each device. But when looking inside several of these folders on different devices, they all contain this single file: ClientLoginDialogBitmap.bmp

And once the install has failed it will continue failing with the same error even when attempting a Repair. I was able to fix this issue on one device by
running zac cc. But I don't believe clearing the cache is a good option and may cause other issues.

Any ideas?
