I found on the bundle Dashboard that the failures are showing under Bundle Distribution Status. 

Bundle Install Status is 100% success

#1 - Try - "zac ccc" instead of "zac cc" and see if that helps.  That limits the clearing to "content only" and is a somewhat new option.  I had asked for this for a bit, and I just noticed it actually existing recently.

#2 -The GUID on the local PC - "170cf6ee-2f70-422d-a559-d37871382c0a" is actually random for the piece of content...in this case the BMP file.

Sounds like something odd may be up with the BMP file like perhaps it has the "Mark of the Web" or some other anomaly.

#3 - Perhaps try reuploading the install directory as a single piece of content (To Avoid ZCM from re-using the previously updated copy of the file.)

I'm wondering if someone the BMP file got flagged with the "Mark of the Web" and it blocking it somehow...

I tried "zac ccc" but it is not a recognized command on a Windows device.

On 24.4 there is nothing like "zac ccc"

After digging, it seems that is added when you install novell-zenworks-automation-hooks-20.2.0.990.msi

(Yes, this works on current agents...though technically it's not supported.)

I never could figure out why we never included it by default, since it has some features folks have asked for.

We checked for the "Mark of the Web" on the bmp file that was uploaded to Zenworks and it was not there. So per suggestion #3, we modified the bundle to transfer all install files as one zip file to the devices instead of copying the contents of the install directory to the devices unzipped. So far this looks to have resolved the issue. The new version of the bundle successfully installed on a device where previously it was continuously failing.

This is not a "General" Suggestion...I just did that because it was clear you were having issues with a particular piece of content.
