You must make sure that FireBase is properly configured.  There can be some issues with some of the older versions of Android not being compatible with the updated Google APIs required for the newer versions of Android.

We have  reconfigured FireBase for ZCM 24.4 to get push woking again. We want a work profile and able to unlock the device with corporate accounts (like in work managed mode). But how to configure this? This setting only works with work manged devices.

Looks like COPE has been deprecated and there are now new options....Let me ask....

This feature has been renamed a few time due to google API/workflow changes, but the end result is still the same.  A corporate owned device, that has both work and personal profiles.
