ZCC ZESM scanner -- where did it go?

I watched a "ZENcast Live! Securing USB Ports" on YouTube, from a Paul Pedron presentation I believe in 2022, so a couple of years ago.  He was presenting on ZCM 2020, and went to the https://zenworks-server:443/zenworks-setup page which displayed an Administrative Tools page, where he downloaded "ZESMDeviceScannerUtilitySetup.exe".  It doesn't show up on my ZCC zenworks-setup page, i only show agent packages, inventory, and certificate updates.  Has this utility been pulled?  Is it still available?  Are there different ways to manage USB devices?  I did note that the policy was still available.
