The software is available via SLD.  Look under ZENworks 20.0 for the 20.1 patches.  If for whatever reason you cannot see it, someone can share it with you via a Support Ticket.  Even a "Non-Technical" Support Ticket should work if you are educational.

Craig, that's not true. It's not there. There's about 6 different "placeholders" for it. But again, it runs you in circles when you try to click through and download them.. Id love it if someone could prove me wrong and have success at a download.   I have a case open with support and am getting the runaround because it's not supported and they don't understand why I would want it..

In a couple of the listed links, when you click download it takes you to a new page that shows a download link as this:  http://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=GzltT9Fsx8w~

When you click on that it just takes you to a general SLD page that essentially starts you over from zero. No where will it give me the actual file.

Wait never mind. There are 7 different links and I may have found one that actually worked...  There is no indication that it is any different than the ones that don't work.   They all look identical but they all go to different places. That is so frustrating.
